U.S. Senate candidate, Troy Jackson will be on campus on Sunday September 6th from 4pm to 6pm to celebrate the Labor Day weekend. He will be joining students, faculty, grad workers and other UMaine Staff for a “meet and greet” and to share why he is committed to labor unions.

“Higher Ed United for Troy” is a collaborative effort including UMaine Progressives, the Grad Workers Union (UAW), the Faculty Union at Maine (AFUM/MEA), the union for salaried professional staff at UMaine (UMPSA/MEA), the union for hourly support staff at UMaine (ACSUM), and retirees.

You must register to attend, and the exact address and location will be provided before the event but will take place very near to campus.
