PRESS RELEASE

From Canvass Offices To Rallies To Local Farms, Troy Meets Mainers Where They’re At

MAINE, USA —  Fifth-generation logger, former Maine Senate President, and Democratic nominee for U.S. Senate Troy Jackson spent Sunday campaigning across Maine, launching canvassers at stops in Gardiner and Augusta, rallying Mainers to get out the vote in Lincoln County, and joining supporters and volunteers at a house party with Jordan Wood. With barely a week until Election day, Jackson encouraged Mainers everywhere he went to vote to bring a change to Washington in this crucial election.

Troy’s first stop of the day was in Gardiner for a canvass launch alongside organizers and supporters.

After the canvass launch, Troy stopped into Milkhouse Farm and Creamery in South China to meet with workers.

Troy attended another canvass launch in Augusta, rallying volunteers as they headed out to door knock for Democrats up and down the ballot.

In Lincoln County, Troy attended a GOTV rally encouraging Mainers to hit the polls with only 4 days until early voting ends.

In Auburn, Troy attended a House Party with Democratic nominee for Maine’s Second Congressional District Matt Dunlap, and local community leader Jordan Wood.
