Troy Jackson Hosts Patriots Watch Party With Fans At Portland Bowling Alley

PORTLAND, ME — On Sunday, fifth-generation logger, former Maine Senate President, and Democratic nominee for U.S. Senate Troy Jackson joined supporters and football fans at a Portland bowling alley to watch the New England Patriots take on the Pittsburgh Steelers.

The Pats watch party was the latest stop in Troy’s campaign for U.S. Senate, meeting everyday Mainers where they are across the state.

“There’s no better place to be on a Sunday than watching a football game with friends,” said Jackson. “It was great to meet supporters and talk about what’s at stake for working Mainers this November. Under Trump and Collins’ broken economy, costs across the board are up, making it that much harder for everyday people to get by – even on game day you can’t escape it. When I get to the U.S. Senate, I promise to make life more affordable and fight for a government that works for working people again.”
